Friday {Favorite} Five

Woof. We made it to Friday. Here are some of my favorites from the week. Enjoy, I'm off to Knoxville for the weekend. Go Vawls!

Favorite Whole Foods Pick-Up(s) (Vega One is all kinds of amazing, KIND bars are heaven also Cha-Cha Cherry gives me life. Whole Foods gets me every single time.. I never leave empty handed):

  1. I love green smoothies! I use hemp protein powder, spirulina, homemade almond milk, spinach or kale, 1/2 a frozen banana and blend up! They are so good and refreshing. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I am jealous that you went to Wholefoods. I don't have one in my small town, but there is one in Charlotte which I will be moving to next summer. I cannot wait.
