Yay for my first WIAW. I couldn't even tell you how I found this but I'm glad I did because I love taking pictures of my food and posting on social media + snap chatting to everyone (@alexheltonn) I know, I'm obnoxious.
Todays WIAW is from yesterdays eats. Hopefully in the future I'll have some super great recipes to share from my new Nutri Ninja.
Breakfast
I didn't have to be at work super early so I had time to fry some eggs + chicken sausage.
Lunch
I slacked on lunch yesterday. I had some fruit and a protein bar.
Dinner
Needless to say I was a hangry animal after my nonexistent lunch. I put a piece of chicken on the george foreman with some lemon juice while I made some whole grain brown rice mixed with pepper, evoo and Mediterranean low fat feta. So scrumptious, easy to make and PERFECT for meal prepping. I made a bunch of chicken and rice to have for lunch and dinner the rest of the week!
