If you must know, I chatted with someone online from the actual store and my problems were solved. ANYWAYS. I decided today I wanted to review my Metcon 1's in hopes it will help at least one person who is looking to buy them and wants more info on how they fit!
First off, the Metcon 1's are beautiful just look at them.
I ordered my Metcon 1's back in July so I have had a good 4 months of wear. I ordered a size down because I heard they run a little big. I usually wear an 8 in workout shoes so I went down to a 7.5. They fit wonderfully and they are not narrow at all (which, I was worried about). They were a little tight and stiff at first but, they have loosened up over the past couple of weeks and they are perfect.
The shoes are a bit heavy. I don't suggest running in them (that's not what they are for anyways). You get use to the heaviness the more you workout in them.
I do A LOT of my lifts in them and have had tons of PRs. I like to wear my lifters for my heavy lifts but if I forget to change shoes the metcons work just as great.
I've had mine for about four months now and I do Crossfit about 6 times a week. Aside from getting a little dirty I have no real signs of wear. They have been holding up great. I don't know much about nanos but if you are looking for a new Crossfit shoe I would definitely go with the Metcon 1. They are super sturdy, durable and great for short metcons AND heavy lifts.
With love & Metcons,

There are so many foot wear in the market. But Crossfit shoes is one of the best exercise shoes. That's why most of the people select the crossfit shoe for the foot.
