Whew. This week. My brain is like goo and my body is SO sore from crossfit. Sorry I have been a little MIA. This week has been busy!! The good kind of busy of course. I feel like I haven't really updated y'all on my life lately. Not like anything super fabulous and interesting has been happening but, woof whatever!

1. The running bug is back! I am all signed up for the Knoxville Half Marathon. I am so excited to be documenting everything once again. My training will be a little different this year, I will elaborate more in another post! Training started last week and so far I am still alive and well. (Well, not that well. Just barely hanging on)
2. I have been in and out of the dermatologist for the past two months. Talk about annoying. I have two different biopsies this month. Prayerz appreciated for good results! :)
3. I am finally figuring out butterfly pull-ups at crossfit. Hallelujah. You can check out a a little video of me doing them here. I also PRd my power clean this week. It is amazing how much I have changed over the past couple of months. More on that in another post too!
4. I have been taking super good care of my hair recently. I stopped washing it every night and have invested in a really great dry shampoo. My limit is three days without washing (can't believe I am admitting that). I usually just go two days because of crossfit but doing that combined with paraben free shampoo has done WONDERS for my hair. Wonders, man. My hair has never been softer and looked better looking, imo!!
5. I have been trying to stay away from sugary coffee drinks per usual. Recently, I have been going to Sarbucks and getting 2 espresso shots over ice and mixing in my premier protein shake. Y'all, this is the truth. It is SO good and I get my coffee fix without a crap ton of fat grams, sugar and carbs. Try it out and thank me later.
>> Happy Valentines day (weekend) y'all. I hope your day is filled with love and Reeses cups! Mine will be filled with lots of Jesus, Reeses, running and Andrew. In that order of course! :)
