After giving up gluten two weeks ago I have felt so much better. I have weighed on the lower end of where I usually fluctuate (which isn't my goal but it is nice). Last week I gave up sugar and this was shockingly pretty easy, I had Lara Bars and fruit if I was craving anything. One day last week I slipped and had cookie cake (after a big dinner) and I felt awful awful awful. Not my usual awful but I just felt all around bad and bloated. Does this make sense lol? With that being said I don't think sugar is my problem. In this scenario I probably just over ate and the sugar didn't sit well on top of all that. It is important I make sure I am differentiating the feelings of being too full and having my weird lower stomach bloat/pain.
This week I am still leaving gluten behind as best I can and attempting to be as paleo as possible. This week I am cutting coffee. Which I don't think is my problem but I am going to cut it out anyways and see what happens!
