Getting On Track

This past Monday I talked about an announcement I was going to share next Monday but decided I would share today. It's not really an announcement, it's more like a challenge that I am doing that I want to keep you guys updated on.

Let me preface by saying, fall is extremely hard for me. I am just like every other girl in America, I love pumpkin everything. I get a little obsessive. Reality is, all the pumpkin crap I eat and love so dearly is SO caloric. Like, o.m.g. Everything is packed with sugar and bad fats and I have adopted the I don't care attitude that comes along with it. Such a bizarre time for me. I have been doing such a good job meal prepping but I have no self control when it comes to PSL's and pumpkin oreos. I want this fall to be epic for me. I don't want to eat all the pumpkin things and end up gaining 10 pounds so I am challenging myself to get healthier this fall.

My plan of action is to start off with a 10 day advocare cleanse. I was going to do the 24 day challenge but I just could not allow myself to spend $250 bucks on supplements. However, I am going to continue after the 10 days and do a cycle of a thermogenic I have called ShredHer. I have seen great results using ShredHer.


NOTE: I lost weight and got healthier the past three years with little supplements. I really only used protein powder and pre-workout. You don't 100% need this stuff to lose weight or get healthier. But combined with healthy eating and exercise, I am convinced it helps.

I want to be healthier and the best version of myself that I can be. With the help of a few supplements, I am going to make it happen and share my results along the way. Now is now. Why wait to start getting healthier?
