Weekly Meal Prepping

Happy Monday!

This weekend I did a pretty good job planning and shopping for meals for this week. I spent about 65 dollars for the week which is pretty average for me. I could have saved a few dol hairs if I would have stayed away from the pumpkin stuff at tjoes. It's almost like I blacked out and came home with pumpkin everything...

I spent $40 at Trader Joe's a picked up some spinach and kale dip, hummus, cucumber, brussels sprouts, apples, canned pumpkin, avocado, salsa and pumpkin stuff I didn't need.
and $25 at Target and I got english muffins, more cucumber, carrots, chicken, marinade and bacon.
This week...

Breakfast --- Turkey bacon and egg english muffin sandwiches

Lunch/ Snacks --- Super random assortment of tuna salad, hummus, homemade guac, cucumber slices, carrots and apples

Dinner --- Korean bbq crock pot chicken + roasted brussels sprouts with bacon

I have some Special K + Almond milk for my sweet tooth.

I am going to incorporate some running into my schedule this week since the weather is super nice. I might do a weekly workout routine with my weekly meal prep in the future if you guys are curious. Let me know in the comments below.

With love and meal prep,
