Breakfast --- Egg, Turkey Bacon, English Muffin Sandwiches
Lunch --- Homemade Tuna Salad
Dinner --- Lean beef + White bean chili
Post Wod --- Unsweetened almond milk + Chocolate Malt Whey or Quest Bar Smores
I will be 100% sick of chili by the end of this week but it sounded so good! I use to meal prep chili all of the time this time last year and it was super easy, cheap and convenient! Let me know if you want to see my personal chili recipes!
I will do a better job grocery shopping this weekend + meal prepping to give you guys some better ideas.
