Weekly Meal Prepping


This brunch picture has nothing to do with today's post other than the fact that I wish I was eating all of that again right now. Woof.

This week I am going to try something a little different. I've heard only good things from people that have gone Paleo so I am going to attempt to transition fully Paleo. Because, why not?  I have nothing to lose and I pretty much eat paleo anyways. I'll have to cut out the excess grains that I eat (that I don't need anyways) and I will also need to cut the damn Trader Joe PB cups. Those things are like crack! Anyways, I'll talk more Paleo talk tomorrow. In the meantime, here is what I am eating this week.

Breakfast --- Eggs, bacon and roasted sweet potato + onions/peppers

Lunch --- Super greens with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cucumbers and grilled chicken with Braggs dressing

Dinner --- Chicken with veggies (broccoli or carrots, edamame, peppers and snap peas) and sweet potato (with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder)
