Running gel, hand stand push ups and a workout you can do ANYWHERE

Happy Fi-YAY.

This week has felt like such a DRAG but has been totally productive! Today I have a few workout related things I want to talk about!

// Whenever I run more than an hour I like to take a running gel for a little burst of energy! Here is a pic of a few that I picked up recently. I have only tried the GU and Accel Gel and both are great!

I make sure to take my gel at a water fountain so I don't choke and die.


// This week I finally got a kipping handstand pushup. It is a skill I have been working on for the past couple of months. It is a pretty hard skill but coming home every night and doing hand stands + shoulder shrugs on the wall has paid off!

// Wednesday was a super busy day for me and I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it to crossfit for a workout so I did my own workout at home. You can do this workout literally anywhere and get a good sweat in!

5 Rounds
- 10 pushups
- 15 sit-ups
- 20 air squats
Going as quickly as possible!

You could sub burpees, lunges or double under if you have a rope!
