It's been a while since I shared a meal prep post. Over the past couple of weeks I stopped meal prepping so hardcore because I was over my same old food and I would end up wasting more than I would like to admit. BUT, I am back in the routine again with a lot of different options.
I prepped a bunch of Trader Joe's potatoes and peppers. They are so good and a great carb source. I weighed each serving and divided into containers so they are easy to grab when making egg scrambles or to add as a side with turkey burgers.
Next, I fixed ground turkey seasoned with green peppers and taco seasoning with a side of plain quinoa. I weighed both of these out and put in containers for easy lunches. All I will have to do is add lettuce and salsa!
For dinner I have carb sources ready but for protein I will pop a Jenny O turkey burger on the foreman. I think the key for me is to switch my foods up and to not prep SO much that I end up wasting it all. Having a small amount of prepared food plus food that I have to actually cook works really well for me,
Lastly, I have crystal light, Cliff bars and Justins PB packets for snacks :)

Cheers to staying on track! Summer is coming soon!
