Man. I have been so uninspired lately. I don't know if it's because I have been pretty busy or what. In recent news, Andrew and I booked our second cruise! I am super excited but also super anxious because....
^ That is my current feels right now. I have been trying to stay positive. My plan is to amp up my workouts and dial in on my diet. I also need to remind myself every once in a while of how far I have come. I am so happy with where my body is at right now and what Crossfit has done for me. Sure I wish I had visible 6 pack abs (don't we all?!) but I am SO much better off now than where I once was several years ago. I am happy, healthy and super strong. I amaze myself daily with the lifts Ive been able to achieve and the skills I've nailed down that I NEVER thought I could (see: strict pull-ups, butterfly pull-ups, handstand pushups). I have a long way to go but I am so happy with the progress I have made thus far!
I hope this post can be a reminder for anyone out there on their own fitness journey to KEEP GOING. You will get there. Just keeping grinding day in and day out working out, crossfitting, running, eating healthy or whatever it may be that you are doing to change your lifestyle. We all want a quick fix but it doesn't happen over night. Keep grinding. You got this!
