Happy New Year friends! I hope you are starting off your 2016 with a hard workout and some healthy eats. I can't even express how obnoxiously excited I am for this fresh new year. 2015 was one for the books! Which makes me that much more excited for whats in store for 2016!
For Christmas my girl Caley got me a book called #The52ListProject. Basically, you make a list each week for an entire year. The book has some really fun and inspirational list topics that is perfect blogging inspiration! The best part is, anyone can join in!
Week 1: List your goals and dreams for this year.
1. More PRs
2. Run another half marathon
3. Visible abs (dream)
4. Land a job I love
5. Spend more quality time with Andrew
6. Grow relationship with God
7. Save more money + follow a stricter budget
8. Donate + give back
9. Stop being afraid of everything
10. Travel more
For the record, I had to narrow down this list A LOT. There was about 6 more workout related items on this list. Oops. Anyways, my favorite goal for this year is to travel more. There is so much adventure and new experiences out there waiting for me and I can't wait to put myself out there and explore. I already have my first trip semi planned right now.
Any guesses where my first stop will be?!
