This week I am back on it after indulging over the holidays! For meals this week I am doing parm crusted pork chops, salsa chicken and turkey burgers for my protein, pb & almonds for my fat, snap peas and broccoli for my veggie and sweet potato and whole wheat bread for my carb! As always, for breakfast I do egg whites and turkey bacon (protein/fat ... no carbs in the AM if I am training at the end of the day!)
I have been **trying** to do two shakes a day. I do one during/post workout and casein at night. I have been taste testing a bunch of different Progenex protein powders and I am totally in love. I will do a review post of my favorites after I finish trying them all. I ordered 10 :O
