- I always always always have eggs and some sort of protein (turkey bacon/sausage) on hand so my breakfast is never a struggle.
- Lunch is where things get tricky. Usually I have some Oh Ya or Lara bars hanging out in my kitchen so I pack those but I am a hungry girl so lunch is necessary. Usually I will drink a lot of water and either hit up Whole Foods or my most recent favorite, Fresh To Order. I make the best choices I can there and stay away from any desserts. Which is incredibly hard BTW.
- For dinner I have the luxury of stopping by my dads house to see what they are cooking. Usually it is something healthy like salmon and veggies or crock pot chicken. I can typically eat paleo there which is great. If I know I can't stop at my dads house I will save half my lunch for dinner.
- I also always have almond milk and protein protein powder. So a quick 'meal' is only seconds away!
Honestly, it is not the end of the world if you don't meal prep, you just have to have some self control to not make terrible decisions.
