Hi pals! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I had way to much food and shockingly, way to much waffle house with gramps. I think I hit my waho quota for the next year.
Since it is Black Friday weekend I thought I would share my skin care and make up staples since there are so many deals floating around out there. I get a lot of random questions on IG and in person on what I use so, what better way than to combine the two for a post.
Skincare:
I try different masks, moisturizers and serums all of the time. And don't get me started on retinol. But, below are a few things I stay true too.
- Philosophy Purity Cleanser
- Clinique Moisturizing Lotion
- First Aid Beauty Sleeping Cream
Makeup Routine:
I try different lip colors every now and again however, I am very tried and true to most products.
- Becca Matte Primer (when I feel like dropping dough I p/u this)
- Concealer I go back and fourth between Tarte and UD. I am not really committed to anything - I try different brands frequently.
- Loreal Matte Foundation
Love this foundation seriously. It is lovely AND affordable. I have tried others and always always go back to this one.
- Bronzer I go back and fourth between Hoola and Laguna
- Blush I go back and fourth between Warm Soul and Dolce Vita
- Highlighter I go back and fourth between Champagne Pop and Glided Honey
- Setting powder this and this are a must with the SPF. I also use the mist. I do have a non-SPF generic matte powder on hand. If you aren't using SPF on your face daily you really need to get with it! #nowrinklesORsunspotsplease
- LIPSSS. I never go a day without lip color. My all time fav #1 go to that I wear everyday is Baci & Perla. Perla is a little more pinky.
- Taupe Eye Shadow Palette 100% will never need anything else again, ha!
- Eyeliner
- Eyebrows - I only use powder on them after micro blading. I do like this pencil though!
