Week Of Eats: September 22

First off, I just want to say WOW. The love and support of my fitness journey and revamping of the blog has been incredible. Not that I need validation but, all of the positivity and support I've received really validates that I am doing what I am suppose to be doing. I will say, as far as blogging goes it has been challenging deciding on which way to navigate the blog post hiatus. I will do my best and hopefully find a good balance with time.

Sidenote, yesterday marks ONE YEAR until my wedding. So crazy. I feel like all of the planning is about to ramp up again after booking my venue and I am slightly terrified BUT excited.Comment on this post if you would be interesting in reading our engagement story!

Week of Eats:
My theme this week was minimal. I have a tendency to buy a ton of groceries weekly and let stuff accumulate in the pantry and freezer. Who's with me?? My goal this week was to eat what I already had and buy minimally.

Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches with eggs I needed to use up. I bought bagel thins and bacon.

Snacks: I bought Kodiak cake's pumpkin flax muffins with leftover enjoy life chocolate chips.

Lunch: Used up some chicken I had in the freezer with my Green Giant cauliflower bowls that I rant and rave about on my Instagram. I also made pork loin and bought some veggies from the freezer section to have on hand.

Dinner: I have been OBSESSED with making pizzas with Flat Out protein wraps. My fav combo right now is Raos, green peppers, turkey sausage, turkey pepperoni and low fat cheese. If you track macros, pizza and tacos are seriously a macro dream. If you aren't on the Flat Out train you are missing out.

Impromptu date night also happened this week. I just so happened to be pulling into the gym parking lot Tuesday night when my boss asked if I wanted our company Braves tickets. After about three seconds of debate I got the hell out of there and went to the game. I had blue moon and chicken tenders on a school night #GettinCrazy. Nights like that though are good for the soul, man.

Drinking: ALL THE WATER & Mandarin Orange SPARK!

Treats: They now sell Yasso pints at Kroger - praise hands! I picked up party animal and had a little bit of that throughout the week. It's all about #balance in my house.

What are some of your go-to weekly meals?
