Progress Update

Left: I started working with my coach the first week of July Right: My last check in Sept. 22nd

I've lost about 6lbs and 2.5 inches combined in my waist and hips. My goal right now is to lose fluff that I hold onto so dearly. Weight loss has been slow and I knew it would be. Strength has stayed the same and my speed on certain body weight movements has definitely increased. I have 8 more weeks of being in a deficit and continuing to cut and lose weight. I fairly pumped about this and can hopefully hold strong during the holidays. Then, possibly do another cut come January.

Working with a coach has really held me accountable. I check-in on a shared spreadsheet. All of my macros and weigh ins are averaged for the week. It is eye opening when you look at all of the numbers and analyze weigh in numbers with macros logged. Consistency is huge!
