Purging + Home Chef

Hi friends! If you know me in real life, you know that I am fairly minimal and purge clothes FREQUENTLY. Nine times out of ten I have a Goodwill pile somewhere in my home. Despite all of that, I have a terrible habit of hoarding running shoes. Whenever I am purging all of my clothes, I carefully tuck away my old running shoes. Why?! It makes no sense. I will never wear any of my old running shoes again. One pair is totally normal to keep. 10 however, is not.

This past weekend I decided to let go of all my old shoes. It was an emotional moment. They all have so many running/gym/race memories that I hold dear to my heart (as crazy as that sounds).

What I kept:
1 pair of running shoes
1 pair of crossfit shoes
1 pair of 'old/dirty' running shoes
1 pair of 'old/dirty' crossfit shoes

Speaking of purging things, I chopped all of my hair off!

Next order of business to chat about!!! Which is much more exciting than getting rid of old shoes. Last week I had a discount code to order Home Chef. So, I went for it. I knew Home Chef gave the macro break down for each meal so it was a no brainer when deciding if I should try it out or not.

I order turkey stuffed poblanos and a crusted chicken entree. Both of them were super delicious and very macro friendly. Aside from the fact that Home Chef is great if you have a hard time deciding what spices go together, it is truly a fun activity to do with your spouse! I will probably purchase Home Chef weekly just because of this. If there were dessert entrees from Home Chef, it would be a game changer.

Aside from Home Chef dinners,  over the past few days I had a new Halo Top flavor which was so bomb, simple chicken pitas at work and simple easy baked chicken and salad for dinner. It has been a very busy stressful past two weeks, which is why I like to keep my meals super easy, simple and healthy.
