Hi friends! What the heck happened to the month of August?? I feel like I blacked out and woke up and it's already mid-September. Seriously, crazy.
Oh sweet August. I drank a lot of nitro. I found out a Starbucks en route from my gym to my office has nitro cold brew coffee. I don't get one every day but I get them OFTEN. A little cream and equal. Perfection. Have you tried nitro before?
I actually stopped working with my 1:1 macro coach at the beginning of August to jump in on a nutrition challenge with my gym. Long story short, I am back with my 1:1 coach. I was tracking macros so well and actually seeing progress so leaving was a slight mistake. Below is my progress so far since working with my coach. I can't wait to see how much I progress with her in the next 12 weeks!
I gave up on eggs in the month of August and I have been eating turkey sausage, brussels sprouts and broccoli for my first meal of the day. Don't knock it until you try it. Also, for my night-time carb/protein I have been having a protein waffle however in August I switched it up and opted for triple zero greek yogurt and a very measured out portion of Purely Elizabeth!
