Truth: I eat Chick-Fil-A twice a week and I am not proud of this. Maybe I would have abs if I stopped doing this. There is a CFA 2 miles from my house and some nights nugs and a kale salad just HAVE to happen.
Lie: My body is totally fine after running my half marathon. Not. I don't know whats going on with my foot but I think it is either tendon issues, plantar fasciitis or a stress fracture. I go to the podiatrist soon to hopefully find out. It is the MOST annoying thing of my life y'all. Here is a tip. Don't be an idiot with your half marathon training or any training for that matter. Neglecting training and being stubborn is a one way ticket to injury. Be careful out there and don't be dumb like me.
